We are a trade show exhibit house in Las Vegas. Our facility is here, about a mile from the Las Vegas Convention Center, which means the exhibit you rent ships across town instead of across the country and the crew that installs it works these buildings every week of the year. We rent booths from 10x10 to 40x40, we build custom exhibits, we print the graphics, we run the LED, we handle the freight, we place the labor call, and we are in the hall when it goes up.
Exhibitors come to Las Vegas from everywhere in the world, for every kind of show. CES and NAB and SEMA, and also the shows nobody outside the industry has heard of. We build for all of them. Whether you are renting one 10x10 for a single show or planning a 40x40 island program across a year of events, the work is the same: understand the show, understand the building, and put an exhibit on that floor that does what you needed it to do.
What we do
Trade show exhibit rentals — 10x10 to 40x40 and beyond, with your graphics printed new for every show
Custom design and fabrication — when the booth has to do something a rental system cannot
Graphics production — artwork specification, preflight, output, finishing, labeling and installation
LED and interactive technology — pixel pitch and brightness specified to the viewing distance in your booth, with a technician on site through show days
Freight and logistics — advance warehouse or direct-to-show routing, material handling planning, return freight
Installation and dismantle — we place the labor call, supervise the install and handle the strike
Show-services coordination — electrical, rigging, drayage, cleaning, all ordered against the deadlines that carry discounts
Warehousing and asset management — storage between shows, inspection on return, repair before the next cycle
Every trade show in Las Vegas, not just the famous ones
Las Vegas hosts more major trade shows than any city in the United States, and the calendar runs all year. CES takes the entire convention center campus in January. World of Concrete fills the halls and the outdoor lots. SEMA brings vehicles indoors in November and AAPEX runs the same week across two other buildings. In December the National Finals Rodeo pulls the whole western market into town and Cowboy Christmas fills more than 500,000 square feet of the South Halls for ten days with free admission and hundreds of thousands of visitors.
We build for all of it. PACK EXPO, JCK, MAGIC, ASD Market Week, Global Gaming Expo, MJBizCon, RE+, Black Hat, NBAA-BACE, Design & Construction Week, Bar & Restaurant Expo, PRINTING United, Cosmoprof, SuperZoo, ISC West, the Clean Show, IMEX, Licensing Expo, Shoptalk, HD Expo — and the shows that do not make anyone's list. If it is on a Las Vegas floor, we have probably been in that hall.
The four buildings you are most likely exhibiting in
The Las Vegas Convention Center carries 2,452,132 square feet of exhibit space across four halls — West at 601,960, North at 409,077, Central at 623,058 and South at 818,037 over two levels — plus 225 meeting rooms. The Venetian Convention & Expo Center runs about 2.25 million square feet. Mandalay Bay Convention Center holds 2,100,000 square feet across 75 rooms on three floors. CAESARS FORUM contains the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world at 110,000 square feet each.
Ceiling clearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center is not uniform, and it decides whether your hanging sign flies. North Halls 1 and 2 reach 35 feet and North 3 and 4 reach 33; the North air-wall track drops to 28 feet and the area below the second level to 12. Central 1 is 25 feet, Central 2 is 20, Central 3 through 5 reach 35 and the Central 3 concourse 31. South 1 is 25 feet, South 2 is 30 and South 4 is 25. Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot; the South Hall upper level at 300.
Teamsters hold jurisdiction in Las Vegas over unloading and reloading, all material-handling equipment, and the installation, dismantle and first cleaning of prefabricated exhibits. Your own full-time employees may work the booth with proof of employment and photo ID, but they may not use tools of any type at any booth size and may hand-carry only — no dollies, no hand trucks. The specific rules are set per show by the general contractor in the exhibitor kit. We read that kit and place the labor call.
Rent or build — we will tell you which
Most exhibitors are better served by renting. A rental gives you the finished appearance of a purchased exhibit with no capital outlay, no storage cost between shows and no refurbishment bill when the design dates. You get new graphics every time and you can change footprint from one year to the next. A custom build is the right answer when the exhibit has to do something a system cannot — a specific product demonstration, an unusual structure, a brand environment that has to be exactly one thing. We do both, and we will tell you honestly which one your project needs rather than selling you the more expensive one.
What a Las Vegas booth actually costs
The exhibit is one line of five. You buy the space from the show organizer. Then there is the exhibit, the graphics, material handling and drayage charged by weight, and the labor to install and dismantle. Las Vegas labor rates and drayage move a show budget more than most exhibitors plan for, and the show services invoice arriving after the show is where people get hurt. We quote all five lines together, before you commit.
Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
Three to four months out gets you the best result and the best price. Work backward from the deadlines rather than forward from today: graphics need artwork approval before output, freight needs a targeted move-in window, and electrical and rigging orders carry discount deadlines that close weeks ahead of the show. We take projects much later than that and still deliver, but late work moves everything to expedited rates.
We are shipping in from out of state. How does that work?
You either ship to the advance warehouse or direct to show site. Advance warehouse gets the crate into Las Vegas early and the general contractor delivers it to your space; direct-to-show means hitting a targeted move-in window, and missing it is expensive. Material handling is charged by weight either way and it is the single most underestimated line on a show budget. When you rent from us the freight originates here in Las Vegas, and a large part of that cost simply goes away.
Do you work outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Las Vegas is where our facility is and where we know the buildings best, and we coordinate exhibit programs into other markets as well. If your program runs Las Vegas plus two or three other cities in a year, we can carry the whole thing rather than handing you off between vendors.
